Max Moreno

Max Moreno is a visionary leader dedicated to revolutionizing the landscape industry by elevating water management practices to new heights. With over 15 years of experience managing high-level projects in Southern California, Moreno is a certified Water Manager Expert through the California Landscape Contractors Association (CLCA), as well as a Certified Landscape Irrigation Auditor and Qualified Water Efficient Landscaper and trainer. His expertise in smart watering systems and horticulture practices, combined with his background in computer sciences and horticulture, has enabled him to lead the development, training, and implementation of various water efficiency programs for Southern California residents.
 
As the President of ELEVATE Water Management, Moreno oversees all irrigators' supervision and training, ensuring the team is equipped with the latest and best available technology and implementing best quality irrigation practices to maximize sustainability and reduce water usage wherever possible. He is passionate about sharing his knowledge and experience with his team, creating a collaborative environment where they can learn, grow, and apply what they enjoy doing. 

 Before ELEVATE, Moreno served as VP of Water Conservation and Director of Water Management of prominent Souther California Landscape Companies. He has previously held the title of Process Engineer, where he led the implementation of company-wide web applications for a landscape company. He holds a BS in Applied Horticulture and Horticulture Operations from California Polytechnic State University of San Luis Obispo.
